Today's workout in Flap: a circuit of five movements with a Start button

Tell it you’ve got nothing, dumbbells or a gym, and 10, 20 or 30 minutes. That’s the setup.

Every morning after that, the workout is already decided.

A movement in progress, with instructions and a timer
One movement at a time, timed for you.
A movement explained: the steps, what to watch for, and an easier version
Never done it before? It shows you how.
The history screen: days moved, a month of dots, and the days themselves
It counts the days. It never chases you.
Flap running a workout on an Apple Watch

On your wrist, without your phone.

The watch app runs the whole circuit: the timer, the rest, and a tap you can feel. It works out today’s movements itself, so it does not need your phone in the room, and the screen stays lit while you move.

It’s deliberately small.

Most of the work went into what it doesn’t do.

Made for iPhone and Apple Watch.
